Why cant i get on the server? Empty Why cant i get on the server?

Every time i open up the app on my computer it has a black screen and the loading sign at the bottem. Why?

Server has been down for sometime it was estimated to be down for 1 day or 2, to change VPS on the server to fix lag and bugs but Shlub has not updated us on the new update/client, so i think he might be busy or doing what he does. we hope the server comes back on but we will never get it back until Shlub comes on and gives us the client, If it is finished?
